its 7am now, and im just about to sleep but shall make a quick post. at ian's place now, just came back from 255. went with nicky and william for a few drinks, couldnt persuade weian to come with us cause he was really tired/wasted. and as usual we couldnt get ian out with us haha.was pretty fun although it was mainly the 3 of us but it was good to get to see people who i havent seen for ages. and there were so many pretty girls wah. not fair, so many pretty girls. haha but i can only have eyes for one heh heh.aitee gabriel out! be back soon.

i'm sorry for the infrequent postings but my internet hasnt been functioning properly of late, so hopefully that's a valid enough apology for the extremely few updates.into the second week of semester2, second week since coming back from singapore, its alright i guess. pretty used to the place anyway, it's more of having to get accustomed to being away from home, rather than having to get accustomed to being here.weian came back on sunday morning, nicky on sunday night, and william on monday morning so hopefully things will get better!okie making a short post just in case my internet messes up and it cant post. will write more soon.toodles.if i could have one wish tonight, i'd wish upon a satelliteto bring me back to you, to bring me back to youthese arms remain stretched out to youmaybe someday you'll accept them

yes ok update heh.well the boy is back in the land of redrooster, grasspatches and kangaroos. and its really not that great to be back this time round. i honestly felt quite miserable to leave, due to various reasons i shall not go into detail. but mainly because i had gotten so comfortable being at home, and being loved, and just lazing around at home, and duck rice. yup my new found love is duck rice.but i'm back anyways. sunday was spent with nicole, before going to find ian. had dinner with him, siang, adhi, ian's sister and joanna at supper inn. dinner was alright, food wasnt too good but company was excellent. adhi kept making me laugh as always heh.monday morning welcomed back claire at her place, before going to get my new simcard, and apply for a new atm card, both which were in my stolen wallet. had lunch with ian and adhi at redsilk, and then went to play soccer! soccer really makes me happy. good game or bad game, playing soccer still beats most things like erm... studying. but i think monday i had a pretty good game. after soccer, dinner at a japanese restaurant before coming back to the burrow, which is erm actually burwood.tuesday morning met my new housemates brad and alex. let's just say brad is a far cry from brad pitt. alex, on the other hand, is tall, blonde, norwegian, and very good looking. i bet now all of you will come and visit me... idiots. then i went to school to get my new student card which was also in my wallet, but i didnt know they would take a new photo for it, as well as on the spot(!!)... idiots. so my new card has a very pleasant photo of me with my just-woke-up hair. due to my incessant ability to screw up examinations, i went to change two of the subjects i had signed up for last semester to take this semester. writing1b, because i failed writing1a and the wont let me take writing1b, as well as screen practices, because although they let me take it even though i failed soundlight&motion, i've had enough of using those bloody cameras! my digicam is sufficient for me thank you very much.so in place of those two i am taking philosophy and international relations. philosophy because well historyofideas was kinda like philosophy, and i didnt do too badly for it last year. international relations, well erm i dont really know why i chose this except i wasnt allowed to do criminology or chinese1b haha so this was my next option. i was actually thinking of doing history but then i remembered good ol' jin saying "history belongs to the past except for idiots like me who study it". heh heh with that in mind, no history!so if you havent already realised how i did for my first semester, pretty badly!! one distinction, one pass, and two fails. and although it was initially disappointing, lets not wallow in the mud and feel upsed over it, but instead think bright and find the humourous sight of it all.i bet you didnt know that...1) i got a distinction for psychology. on the day my 40% essay was due, i was meant to hand it up by 5pm. at 12pm, i was still typing it out at ian's place, having got my sources from the melbourne uni library the night before, before going for supper and then watching soccer. haha my dad always said i had a "lack of urgency", honestly.the night before my 60% examination, i had only done 2 out of 15 chapters. by 7am on exam day, i was rushing through my last 3 chapters at ian's place again. the exam was at 9am and i'm glad to say i made it on time! heh heh.2) i failed writing 1b by 2%, meaning i got 48%. the thing is, class participation and attendance was worth 10%. and the maximum number of tutorials i went for was 5, maybe even 4. so if i had just went for all my classes, i would have passed! haha and if there was ever an even better reason to go class, its because THEY GIVE VERY VALUABLE INFORMATION! on the 24th of june 2005, looking forward to going home the next day, i very happily went down for my exam, having used my memory to the best of its abilities, trying to memorise stuff from 3 different texts. halfway through the exam, i noticed the guy in front of me blatantly cheating. one of his books was open ON the table, and the other two were under his chair. i was hoping for his sake he would be more discreet when lo and behold, the whole classroom was cheating!!! it was an open-book test! when did they tell us that? during class. hee why didnt i guess?add these to how i went for two wrong lectures one after the other on my first week of school, and you could almost say my first semester of uni has been nothing short of a comedy. almost!hopefully, this semester can only get better. hopefully.cheers.

from happy to sad to happy.last night's good charlotte concert was really fantastic. it was out of the best days of my life. being less than 30m away from the members of good charlotte was unthinkable, and the concert was wicked.sent eric off at the airport today with marc and owen. went town after that and lost my wallet which was really upsetting. money and all gone, and my wallet was less than 2 months old. really spoiled my day and i really thought it was the worst day of my life.dinner at sicc, and then off to wala wala for drinks, and guess what. haha the band was really damn good, and they played like my kinda songs. so then the guys started asking me to go up and sing and then it seemed a pretty good idea. so william helped me ask first, and then we saw uncle tony, who knows my aunt, and he works at wala wala, so dan talked to him, and he let me sing with the band. haha so i sang "wherever you will go", and it was the last song of the night! that was really awesome, and it really made me feel better. im still on an adrenaline high right now, its like wala wala haha. but the band really made me sound good, and the singer did a very good back-up vocals job. so haha without them maybe i would have sounded awful, but i think i did a pretty alright job.thanks to all those present who really really were behind me and encouraging me and supporting me, dan, weian, kevin, nala, nic and last but not least william! haha my managing company.alright off to bed now, taking braces off tomorrow haha. i promise to blog more, see you around!

alright, this is to conclude an extremely exhausting week! cant really remember monday except for catching mr and mrs smith with dan and weian.tuesday was spent with ryanho, marklim, nigey and jan but well we didnt do much but stone at lido.wednesday had breakfast at breko's with dan, then lunch with chentat, azad, joan and jacq and lucky plaza, before catching "a lot like love" haha well its an alright show, didnt think it was fantastic though, and i agree with tat that its quite far-fetched. had dinner with mrs tan, eric, marcwong, tat, zhijian and owen at holland v. after that we headed down to zouk, but we didnt enter yet, just stayed outside for drinks. was pretty good.thursday i think i just wasted thursday at home.friday was pretty funny, had meepok at siglap with nigey and ryan ho in the morning. went to ryan ho's house where after playing winning, nigey and i got pretty wasted on ryan's parapet. and we both were damn scared to fall off haha. then we went town, nigey watched initial d with ryan, while i met chuin for batman begins. damn damn nice show. dinner afterwards, then met up with nina, adel, yenteng, lee, mah, marklim and titus. went for drinks, pool, and then titus and me went back to lee's house to play cards. haha got pretty damn wasted, hangover the whole of saturday.today was good. haha today was very good. woke up at 8am to get ready for soccer, went upper thomson for breakfast. headed down to barker, ran into laura! started soccer at 10, finished around 12, although we almost got into a fight with the other team, who were all bloody ah bengs, and once again i was responsible again. i hate ah bengs seriously, they have something moronic about their mentality.lunch with philip, jin, wenhao and shumin. then left to meet dan and yuwei, they dragged me to watch batman begins (AGAIN!) but its a good show so i enjoyed it nonetheless. then dan lent yuwei the car to go fetch his girlfriend from the airport, so we had to stone in town till late. went indochine, the 3-piece band was VERY VERY impressive. i'm quite inspired now. came back and mahjong-ed till now.i had a nice day today. thank you for making it special.this time, all i want is youthere is no one elsewho can take your place
