so after an extended hiatus i am back again to leave an update but with serious doubts if anyone is still bothering to visit this space heh. nonetheless the main purpose of this blog was to serve as a diary for me and as such even jotting down stuff for myself to read in the future is good reason for updating.

firstly, after the departure of the three musketeers (mun, hoon & yuwei), more visits (!!!) in the form of universal soldier (aka commando nala) and of course, the folks!! was pretty good really with mum and pa over, starting to appreciate them visiting slightly more than before heh altho they still have their irritating and aggravating moments. it's important to always look at the BIGGER picture and then you realise little niggling faults are just minor flaws in what is an overall fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

will try to put some pictures up soon of when the three muscats visited, or rather invaded, melbourne. hoon took some really breathtaking pictures that are so nice i suspect he bought a few postcards and posted them up on his photo album. but overall, it be good to share the beauty, plus the fun i had, with all my faithful readers haha.

otherwise, life's pretty predictable but as they say, 'no news is good news'. perhaps the brightest spark in the last few days has been my laptop coming back because that meant extended hours on msn!! managed to get a few words in with two of my pals, hoon and owen. was really fun, with hoon trying to send me clips of felicia chin's new serial (sigh...) and owen keeping me posted on the latest tranny updates in singapore (haha tat would be interested!!).

on a different but exciting note, all those in singapore who have aussie network on cable (ch96), please tune in tomorrow night if they are showing the collingwood-sydney clash. it is with great pleasure that i announce i have finally been named in the squad to make my debut!!! it's gonna be daunting but it's what i have, over the last 16 moths, been working towards. so look out for the no.51 in the black and white stripes k!! until then, gabriel out!!
